OST sh.a. operates the network in accordance with the provisions of Law 43\/2015 “On the Electricity Sector”, the Transmission Grid Code, the Electricity Market Model, bilateral or multilateral agreements and other applicable legal acts.<\/span><\/p>

The Transmission System operates in accordance with all ENTSO-E guidelines and policies, in particular the provisions of the Transmission System Safety and Operation Guide (SO GL).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    OST sh.a. in terms of operation, in fulfilling its roles, performs the following activity:<\/p>\n

          1. Operation of the transmission system at the border with the network users, in                    accordance with the Transmission Network Code and ENTSO-E standards.<\/p>\n

    1. Planning the demand coverage on a daily \/ hourly basis, scheduling for each plant and controlling the level of operational security using the n-1 security criterion.<\/li>\n
    2. Management of ancillary services, necessary for the normal functioning of the system.<\/li>\n
    3. Manage electricity generation and demand in real time, ensuring a balance between electricity generation, exchange and consumption.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2. Planifikimi i mbulimit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs me baz\u00eb ditore\/orare, skedulimi orar p\u00ebr \u00e7do central dhe kontroll i nivelit te siguris\u00eb s\u00eb operimit duke p\u00ebrdorur kriterin e siguris\u00eb n-1.<\/li>\n
      3. Menaxhimi i sh\u00ebrbimeve ndihm\u00ebse, t\u00eb domosdoshme p\u00ebr funksionimin normal t\u00eb sistemit.<\/li>\n
      4. Menaxhimi i gjenerimit dhe k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs se energjis\u00eb elektrike n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale, duke siguruar balanc\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmjet gjenerimit, shk\u00ebmbimit dhe konsumit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike.<\/li>\n
      5. Analiza e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Sistemit Energjetik dhe propozimi e masave p\u00ebr ruajtjen e siguris\u00eb s\u00eb pun\u00ebs, n\u00eb koordinimin me P\u00ebrdoruesit e Rrjetit dhe OST-t\u00eb e rajonit.<\/li>\n
      6.
