In the last three years, a total of about ALL 15,102 billion (122 million euros) have been invested in the OST network.<\/p>

The focus of these investments has been mainly the increase of security and quality of electricity supply through the rehabilitation of substations mainly 110kV with depreciated equipment in time and in operation mainly manual as well as the reconstruction of 110kV and 220kV lines aiming to increase the transmission capacity of to be able to withstand not only the current peak load but also to be willing to wait for the expected renewable energy sources in the near future.<\/p>

Investments are distributed throughout the country but mainly in substations and lines that have needed emergency intervention for the long time of construction of their operation and in terms of their depreciation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Amounts with OST funds in the amount of 144 million ALL, the impact of which affects the entire 110kV ring of the northeastern area of the country to which a large number of sources are connected and are under construction hydric. This substation will bring: increase of security by reducing the number of disconnections and outages at existing HPPs and customers in the area, reducing technical losses and reducing the number of disconnections and unsupplied energy.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The project envisages the construction of a 220kV line with two circuits, with an installed circuit with ACSR 490\/65 mm2 conductor with a length of 48.5km and consists of 147 new metal poles. The line will connect the 220kV side of Nst Komsi to Burrel and the 220kV side of the new NSt 220\/110 \/ 35kV Amounts. The positive impact of the construction of this line is the reduction of the load of the 110kV line of the northeast ring.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The project envisages:<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            Dismantling of the existing 110kV La\u00e7 line 2- Mat Bridge and Skuraj – Mat Bridge, construction of the new 110kV La\u00e7 line 2- Mat bridge with two circuits with ACSR 240 \/ 40mm2 conductor about 5.6 km long, construction of the new line 110kV Skuraj-Ura e Matit with a circuit with ACSR conductor 240 \/ 40mm2 about 4.5 km long. The positive impact of the construction of this line is the increase of the transmission capacity of energy flows from the power plants of Ulza, Shkopet and other HPPs in the area towards the load center mainly in Tirana.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            Construction of a line with two circuits 110 kV Fiber-Librazhd and the treaties of the respective lines in the Fiber and Librazhd Substation financed by OST funds with a value of about 464 million ALL.\n\n\n\n<\/span><\/h4><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            The project envisages the construction of a new 110kV line with two Fiber-Librazhd circuits about 23km long, with ACSR conductor 240\/40 mm2 and the construction of two line tracts at Librazhd and Fiber stations. The positive impact of the construction of this line is in increasing the transmission capacity of energy flows from the currently connected HPPs and the expected RES-E in the near future, increasing the security and quality of electricity supply, improving the voltage profile within the allowed values.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
