Në datë 28/09/2021, do të zhvillohet  procedura për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhën  01 – 07 Tetor 2021, profili Orar, konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103, date 23.06.2016.

Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.

Theksojme se:

01 – 07 Tetor 2021; profili Orar, Tender numer 105/2021:

1. Nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se kërkesa. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar.Pra oferta duhet të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
3. OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.

Announcement for the Purchase Procedure to cover Network Losses in the Transmission System Operator.

Dear all,

On 28/09/2021, OST sh.a, will held the procurement procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of  01 – 07 October 2021 Hourly Profile, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016.

Please find attached the amount and the time period.

We inform you that:

01 – 07 October 2021; Hourly Profile, Tender number 105/2021:

1.    1. The bid must include the whole procurement period.
2.    2. OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified.
3. OST sh.a. reserves the right to decline any bid or to cancel the tender at its sole discretion.
