Njoftim Tenderi për Blerjen e Energjisë Elektrike për Humbjet në Rrjetin e Transmetimit për datën 13-19 Prill 2020.

Të nderuar,
Në datë 10/04/2020, do të zhvillohet procedura për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për datat 13-19 Prill 2020 profili Orar , konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103, date 23.06.2016.
Bashkëlidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.
Theksojmë se:
1. Nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se kërkesa. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
2. Kriteri I vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Pra oferta duhet të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
Oraret e zhvillimit te tenderit janë si më poshtë:
– Data dhe Orari i pranimit të ofertave (Open Entering of Tender Bids 8:00 am).
–Data dhe Orari i mbylljes se pranimit te ofertave (Close Entering of Tender Bids 10:00 am).
–Vlerësimi I tenderit nga platforma (Automatically evaluate tender 10:05 am).
–Publikimi I rezultateve paraprake të tenderit (Automatically publish tender results 10:10 am).
–Publikimi I rezultateve perfundimtare (publication of final results 10:30 am)

Announcement for the Purchase Procedure to cover Network Losses in the Transmission System Operator for the 13-19 April 2020.
Dear all,
On 10/04/2020, OST sh.a, will hold the procurement procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for 13-19 April 2020, by ERE Decision no. 103, date 23.06.2016.
We inform you that:
1. The bid must include the whole procurement period.
2. OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified.
Schedule of the tender as below:
– (Open Entering of Tender Bids 8 am).
– (Close Entering of Tender Bids 10:00 am).
–(Automatically evaluate tender 10:05 am).
–(Automatically publish tender results 10:10 am).
– (publication of final results 10:30 am)
