Në datë 17/02/2022, do të zhvillohen procedurat për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhën  21–27 Shkurt 2022, profili Orar si dhe  për periudhën  21–27 Shkurt 2022, profili Band, konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103, date 23.06.2016.

Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.

Theksojme se:

21-27 Shkurt 2022; profili Band, Tender numer 28/2022:

1. Se nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se periudha prej 21-27 Shkurt 2022. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Nisur nga fakti që OST po zhvillon një tender me profilin Band edhe oferta duhet të jetë në Band pra të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
3. OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.

21-27  Shkurt 2022; profili Orar, Tender numer 29/2022:

1. Nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se kërkesa. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar.  Pra oferta duhet të ketë  çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
3. OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.

On 17/02/2022, OST sh.a. will hold two procurement procedures for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of 21–27  February 2022 Hourly  Profile and 21-27  February 2022 Profile Band, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103, date 23.06.2016.

Please find attached the amount and the time period.

We inform you that:

21-27 February 2022 Profile Band,Tender number 28/2022:

1. The bid must include the whole procurement period from 21-27 February 2022.
2. OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified. As OST sh.a. Demand is a Band profile, please notice that the offer must be also in Band Profile, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.
3. OST sh.a. Reserves the right to decline any bid or to cancel the tender on its sole discretion.
