Procedurat e prokurimit të energjisë zhvilluar sot Profili BAND dhe Orar  nuk jane te vlefshme si pasojë e mosplotësimit të numrit të ofertuesve, konform nenit 15, të Vendimit te ERE, nr. 103, datë 23.06.2016.

Nga pjesëmarrja e subjekteve ne procedurat Profili BAND me Nr 200/2022  kodi i sherbimit  NL u verejt se vetëm dy subjekte kane paraqitur ofertë, subjekti ReNRGY Trading dhe subjekti GEN-I Tirana SH.p.k. Duke qënë se nr. i pjesemarresve është më pak se tre, bazuar në Vendimin e ERE nr.103 si më sipër procesi i tenderit nuk është i vlefshëm.kurse ne Profilin Orar me Nr.201/2022 kodi i sherbimit  NL u verejt se vetëm nje subjekte ka paraqitur ofertë, subjekti GEN-I Tirana SH.p.k. .

The two procedures for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network No. 200/2022  and 201/2022 Services code NL, Profile Band and Hourly Profile,  are not valid due to non-fulfillment of the number of bidders, conform article 15, of Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016.

The procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network No. 200/2022 Services code NL Band Profile is not valid due to non-fulfillment of the number of bidders, conform article 15, of Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016. In this procedure participated only  two market participant,  ReNRGY Trading. and GEN-I Tirana SH.p.k. based on ERE Decision no.103 as above the tender process is not valid.

The procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network No. 201/2022 Services code NLHourly Profile,  is not valid due to non-fulfillment of the number of bidders, conform article 15, of Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016. In this procedure participated only  two market participant , GEN-I Tirana SH.p.k. . based on ERE Decision no.103 as above the tender process is not valid.
