DESCRIPTION:Në datë 26/11/2021\, do të zhvillohet  procedura për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhën  29 Nëntor– 05 Dhjetor 2021\, profili Orar\, konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103\, date 23.06.2016.\n \nBashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.\nTheksojme se:\n \n \n29 Nëntor- 05 Dhjetor 2021\, ; profili Orar\, Tender numer 140/2021:\n \n1.      Nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se kërkesa. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë\, do të skualifikohet.\n2.      Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar.  Pra oferta duhet të ketë  çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.\n3.      OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj\, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.\n \n \nPër cdo paqartësi mos hezitoni të na kontaktoni.\nJu faleminderit!\n \n \n \nDear all\,\nOn 26/11/2021\, OST sh.a\, will held the procurement procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of  29 November -05 December 2021 Hourly Profile\, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103\, dated 23.06.2016.\nPlease find attached the amount and the time period.\n \nWe inform you that:\n \n 29 November -05 December 2021 ; Hourly Profile\, Tender number 140/2021:\n \n1.      1. The bid must include the whole procurement period.\n2.      2. OST sh.a.
