The Market Operator administers and supervises the Albanian Electricity Market, in accordance with Law no. 43/2015 “On the Electricity Sector”, and “Provisional Rules of the Electricity Market” as well as national and international legislation on electricity, by organizing a transparent, reliable and independent process of functioning of the Electricity Market in Albania, where all parties participating in the TEE, are treated equally and at the same time comply with precision and rigor TEE Rules and legislation.
