Lutem gjeni bashkelidhur rezultatet per proceden e prokurimit të energjisë zhvilluar sot profili Band.
Procedura e prokurimit të energjisë zhvilluar sot profili Orar nuk eshte e vlefshme si pasojë e mosplotësimit të numrit të ofertuesve, konform nenit 15, të Vendimit te ERE, nr. 103, datë 23.06.2016.
Nga pjesëmarrja e subjekteve ne proceduren Profili Orar me Nr.96/2022 kodi i sherbimit NL u verejt se vetëm dy subjekte kane paraqitur ofertë, subjekti Ayen Energy Trading Sha dhe subjekti ReNRGY Trading. Duke qënë se nr. i pjesemarresve është më pak se tre, bazuar në Vendimin e ERE nr.103 si më sipër procesi i tenderit nuk është i vlefshëm.

Please find attached the Tenders results Band Profile
The procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network No. 96/2022 Services code NL Hourly Profile, is not valid due to non-fulfillment of the number of bidders, conform article 15, of Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016. In this procedure participated only two market participant, Ayen Energy Trading Sha. and ReNRGY Trading. based on ERE Decision no.103 as above the tender process is not valid.
