Njoftim Rezultati Tenderi per Prokurimin e Energjise Elektrike

Te nderuar,
Procedurat e prokurimit të energjisë zhvilluar sot Profili Orar dhe BAND nuk jane te vlefshme si pasojë e mosplotësimit të numrit të ofertuesve, konform nenit 15, të Vendimit te ERE, nr. 103, datë 23.06.2016.
Nga pjesëmarrja e subjekteve ne procedurat Profili Orar dhe BAND me Nr.155/2022 dhe Nr.156/2022 kodi i sherbimit NL u verejt se vetëm nje subjekte ka paraqitur ofertë, subjekti ReNRGY Trading te procedura Nr.155/2022 Profili Band, te procedura Nr.156/2022 Profili Orar nuk kishte pjesemarrje.
Duke qënë se nr. i pjesemarresve është më pak se tre, bazuar në Vendimin e ERE nr.103 si më sipër procesi i tenderit nuk është i vlefshëm.

Dear all,
The two procedures for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network No. 141/2022 and 142/2022 Services code NL Hourly Profile and Profile Band, are not valid due to non-fulfillment of the number of bidders, conform article 15, of Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016.
In these procedures has participated only one market participant, ReNRGY Trading in the procedure No.155/2022 Profile Band,.
In the procedure No.156/2022 Hourly Profile there was no participation, based on ERE Decision no.103 as above the tender processes are not valid.
