Njoftim Rezultati Tenderi per Prokurimin e Energjise Elektrike

Te nderuar,
Procedurat e prokurimit të energjisë zhvilluar sot Profili BAND dhe Orar nuk jane te vlefshme si pasojë e mosplotësimit të numrit të ofertuesve, konform nenit 15, të Vendimit te ERE, nr. 103, datë 23.06.2016.
Nga pjesëmarrja e subjekteve ne procedurat Profili BAND dhe Orar me Nr.169/2022 dhe Nr.170/2022 kodi i sherbimit NL u verejt se asnjë subjekt nuk ka paraqitur ofertë.
Duke qënë se nr. i pjesemarresve është më pak se tre, bazuar në Vendimin e ERE nr.103 si më sipër procesi i tenderit nuk është i vlefshëm.

Dear all,
The two procedures for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network No. 169/2022 and 170/2022 Services code NL, Profile Band and Hourly Profile, are not valid due to non-fulfillment of the number of bidders, conform article 15, of Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016.
In the procedures No.169/2022, and No 170/2022 Profile Band and Hourly Profile there was no participation, based on ERE Decision no.103 as above the tender processes are not valid.
