 Në datë 23/04/2020, do të zhvillohet  procedura për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhën 27 Prill – 03 Maj 2020 profili Orar, konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103, date 23.06.2016.

 Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.

Theksojme se:

1. Nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se kërkesa. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.

2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar.  Pra oferta duhet të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.

  Announcement for the Purchase Procedure to cover Network Losses in the Transmission System Operator.

 Dear all,

 On 23/04/2020, OST sh.a, will hold two procurement procedures for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of 27 April – 03 May 2020, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103, date 23.06.2016.

We inform you that:

 27 April – 03 May 2020; Hourly Profile:

1. The bid must include the whole procurement period

2. OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified.
