Të nderuar,

Në datë 28/10/2020, do të zhvillohen dy  procedura për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhën 01- 08 Nëntor 2020 profili Orar dhe për periudhën 01-30 Nëntor 2020 profili Band , konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103, date 23.06.2016.

Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.

Theksojme se:

• 08 Nëntor 2020; profili Orar

1. Nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se kërkesa. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar.Pra oferta duhet të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
3. OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.

01-30 Nëntor 2020; Profili Band

1. Se nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se periudha prej 01-30 Nëntor 2020. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Nisur nga fakti që OST po zhvillon një tender me profilin Band edhe oferta duhet të jetë në Band pra të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
3. OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.

Announcement for the Purchase Procedure to cover Network Losses in the Transmission System Operator.

Dear all,

On 28/10/2020, OST sh.a, will hold two procurement procedures for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of 01-08 November 2020 Hourly  Profile and 01-30 November 2020 Profile Band, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103, date 23.06.2016.

Please find attached the amount and the time period.

We inform you that:

• 08 November 2020; Hourly Profile:

1. The bid must include the whole procurement period.
2. OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified.

3. OST sh.a. reserves the right to decline any bid or to cancel the tender on its sole discretion.

01-30 November 2020; Profile Band:

1. The bid must include the whole procurement period from 01-30 November.
2. OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified. As OST sh.a. Demand is a Band profile, please notice that the offer must be also in Band Profile, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.

3. OST sh.a. reserves the right to decline any bid or to cancel the tender on its sole discretion.
