Njoftim Tenderi për Blerjen e Energjisë Elektrike për Humbjet në Rrjetin e Transmetimit July Dec 2020

Të nderuar,
Në vijim të njoftimit të datës 17/04/2020, të rezultateve të procedurave të zhvilluar nga OST për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit, për periudhën 01 Korrik – 31 Dhjetor 2020 profili Band, pas esaurimit të procesit të ankimimit dhe duke mos patur ankim nga pjesemarresit, ju njoftojmë se përsëritja e procesit do të jetë ditën e martë datë 21.04.2020 konform nenit 15 të Vendimit të ERE nr. 103, datë 23.06.2016.
Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.
Theksojme se:
01 Korrik – 31 Dhjetor 2020; Profili Band
1. Se nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se periudha prej 01 Korrik – 31 Dhjetor 2020. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet. Ju lutem në mënyrë që oferta të jetë e plotë plotësoni datë 25.10.2020 me modalitetin “Edit by day” dhe sigurohuni në fund të kontrolloni ofertën tuaj në modalitetin “Read Only”.
2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Pra oferta duhet të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet. Nisur nga fakti që OST po zhvillon një tender me profilin Band, oferta duhet ketë çmim të njëjtë dhe sasi te njejte për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
*Gjithashtu rikujtojmë se, si pasojë e ndrimit të orës, data 25.10.2020 duhet të plotësohet më vete.

Announcement for the Purchase Procedure to cover Network Losses in the Transmission System Operator.
Dear all,
Following the announcement of 17/04/2020, for the results of the procedures held by OST for the purchase of electricity to cover the losses in the transmission network for the period 01 July – 31 December 2020 Band profile, after the escalation of the appeal process resulting in no complaint from the participants, we further inform you that the process will be repeated on Tuesday, 21.04.2020 in accordance with Article 15 of the ERE Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016.
Please note that:
01 July – 31 December 2020; Profile Band:
1. The bid must include the whole procurement period from 01 July – 31 December 2020. Please, in order for the offer to be complete, fill in the date 25.10.2020 with the “Edit by day” mode and make sure at the end to check your offer in the “Read Only” mode.
2. OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria are the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified. As OST sh.a. Demand is a Band profile, please notice that the offer must be also in Band Profile, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.
* Also please remember that, as Daylight Saving Time ends on 25.10.2020, the offer for this day should be filled separately.
