Të nderuar,
Në datë 06/05/2022, do të zhvillohet procedura për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhen 07-15 Maj 2022 , Profili Band, konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103, date 23.06.2016.
Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.
Theksojme se:
07-15 Maj 2022; profili Band Tender numer 102/2022:
- Se nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se periudha prej 07-15 Maj 2022. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
- Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Nisur nga fakti që OST po zhvillon një tender me profilin Band edhe oferta duhet të jetë në Band pra të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
- OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.
Oraret e zhvillimit janë si më poshtë:
– Data dhe Orari i pranimit të ofertave 08:00.
–Data dhe Orari i mbylljes se pranimit te ofertave 08:50.
–Vlerësimi I tenderit nga platforma 08:55.
–Publikimi I rezultateve paraprake të tenderit 09:00
–Publikimi I rezultateve perfundimtare 09:10

Announcement for the Purchase Procedure to cover Network Losses in the Transmission System Operator, Band Profile
Dear all,
On 06/05/2022, OST sh.a, will held the procurement procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of 07-15 May 2022 Profile Band, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016.
Please find attached the amount and the time period.
We inform you that:
07-15 May 2022; Profile Band; Tender number 102/2022:
- 1 The bid must include the whole procurement period from 07-15 May 2022.
- OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified. As OST sh.a. Demand is a Band profile, please notice that the offer must be also in Band Profile, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.
- OST sh.a. Reserves the right to decline any bid or to cancel the tender on its sole discretion.
