Njoftim Tenderi për Blerjen e Energjisë Elektrike për Humbjet në Rrjetin e Transmetimit

Të nderuar,
Në datë 17/04/2020, do të zhvillohen dy procedura për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhën 20-26 Prill 2020 profili Orar dhe për periudhën 01 Korrik – 31 Dhjetor 2020 profili Band , konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103, date 23.06.2016.
Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.
Theksojme se:
20-26 Prill 2020; profili Orar
1. Nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se kërkesa. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Pra oferta duhet të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
01 Korrik – 31 Dhjetor 2020; Profili Band
1. Se nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se periudha prej 01 Korrik – 31 Dhjetor 2020. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Pra oferta duhet të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet. Nisur nga fakti që OST po zhvillon një tender me profilin Band edhe oferta duhet të jetë në Band pra të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
*Gjithashtu rikujtojmë se, si pasojë e ndrimit të orës, data 25.10.2020 duhet të plotësohet më vete.

Announcement for the Purchase Procedure to cover Network Losses in the Transmission System Operator.
Dear all,
On 17/04/2020, OST sh.a, will hold two procurement procedures for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of 20-26 April 2020 Hourly Profile and 01 July – 31 December 2020 Profile Band, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103, date 23.06.2016.
We inform you that:
20-26 April 2020; Hourly Profile:
- The bid must include the whole procurement period.
- OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified.
01 July – 31 December 2020; Profile Band:
- The bid must include the whole procurement period from 01 July – 31 December 2020.
- OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified. As OST sh.a. Demand is a Band profile, please notice that the offer must be also in Band Profile, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.
* Also please remember that, as Daylight Saving Time ends on 25.10.2020, the offer for this day should be filled separately.
