Njoftim Tenderi për dy procedura Blerje e Energjisë Elektrike për Humbjet në Rrjetin e Transmetimit Profili BAND dhe Orare

Në datë 16/04/2022, do të zhvillohen dy procedura për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhën 17 – 18 Prill 2022, profili Orar si dhe për periudhën 18 – 21 Prill 2022, profili Band, konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103, date 23.06.2016.
Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.
Theksojme se:
18 – 21 Prill 2022; profili Band, Tender numer 70/2022:
- Se nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se periudha prej 18 – 21 Prill 2022. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
- Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Nisur nga fakti që OST po zhvillon një tender me profilin Band edhe oferta duhet të jetë në Band pra të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
- OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.
17 – 18 Prill 2022; profili Orar, Tender numer 69/2022:
- Nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se kërkesa. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
- Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Pra oferta duhet të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
- OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.
Oraret e zhvillimit janë si më poshtë:
– Data dhe Orari i pranimit të ofertave 08:00.
–Data dhe Orari i mbylljes se pranimit te ofertave 08:50.
–Vlerësimi I tenderit nga platforma 08:55.
–Publikimi I rezultateve paraprake të tenderit 09:00
–Publikimi I rezultateve perfundimtare 09:10

On 16/04/2022, OST sh.a. will hold two procurement procedures for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of 17 – 18 April 2022 Hourly Profile and 18 – 21 April 2022 Profile Band, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103, date 23.06.2016.
Please find attached the amount and the time period.
We inform you that:
18 – 21 April 2022 Profile Band,Tender number 70/2022:
- The bid must include the whole procurement period from 18 – 21 April 2022.
- OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified. As OST sh.a. Demand is a Band profile, please notice that the offer must be also in Band Profile, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.
- OST sh.a. Reserves the right to decline any bid or to cancel the tender on its sole discretion.
