Në datë 10/12/2021, do të zhvillohet  procedura për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhën  13-19 Dhjetor 2021, profili Orar, konform Vendimit te ERE nr. 103, date 23.06.2016.

Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.

Theksojme se:

13-19 Dhjetor 2021; profili Orar, Tender numer 146/2021:

1. Nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se kërkesa. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
2. Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar.Pra oferta duhet të ketë  çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
3. OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.

Dear all,

On 10/12/2021, OST sh.a, will held the procurement procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of  13-19 December 2021 Hourly Profile, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016.

Please find attached the amount and the time period.

We inform you that:

 13-19 December 2021 ; Hourly Profile, Tender number 146/2021:

1.    1. The bid must include the whole procurement period.
2.    2. OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified.
3. OST sh.a. reserves the right to decline any bid or to cancel the tender at its sole discretion.
