Njoftim Tenderi per prokurimin e energjise elektrike

Njoftojme se per arsye teknike Tenderi i skeduluar numer 60/2022, do anullohet.
OST do të zhvilloj proceduren për blerjen e energjisë elektrike për mbulimin e humbjeve në rrjetin e transmetimit për periudhën 10-17 Prill 2022 diten e neserme datë 09/04/2022.
Bashkelidhur gjeni informacionin mbi sasinë dhe periudhen e livrimit.
Theksojme se:
10 – 17 Prill 2022; profili Band, Tender numer 61/2022:
Se nuk mund të ketë oferta për një periudhë më të vogël se periudha prej 10 – 17 Prill 2022. Çdo ofertë e cila nuk është e plotë, do të skualifikohet.
- Kriteri i vlerësimit të ofertës nga OST është cmimi më i ulët për të gjithë sasinë e kërkuar. Nisur nga fakti që OST po zhvillon një tender me profilin Band edhe oferta duhet të jetë në Band pra të ketë çmim të njëjtë për të gjithë periudhën e prokurimit në të kundert oferta do të skualifikohet.
- OST sh.a. në diskrecionin e saj, rezervon të drejtën për të refuzuar çdo ofertë/ të gjitha ofertat ose për të anulluar procedurën.
Oraret e zhvillimit janë si më poshtë:
– Data dhe Orari i pranimit të ofertave 08:00.
–Data dhe Orari i mbylljes se pranimit te ofertave 10:00.
–Vlerësimi I tenderit nga platforma 10:05.
–Publikimi I rezultateve paraprake të tenderit 10:10
–Publikimi I rezultateve perfundimtare 10:30

Announcement for the Purchase Procedure to cover Network Losses in the Transmission System Operator.
Dear all,
We announce that for technical reasons the scheduled tender number 60/2022, will be canceled.
On 09/04/2022, OST sh.a. will hold procurement procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network for the period of 10 – 17 April 2022 Profile Band, in accordance with ERE Decision no. 103, date 23.06.2016.
Please find attached the amount and the time period.
We inform you that:
10 – 17 April 2022 Profile Band,Tender number 61/2022:
The bid must include the whole procurement period from 10 – 17 April 2022.
- OST sh.a. Evaluation criteria is the lowest price for the full demand, please notice that the offer must have one price, otherwise, the bid will be disqualified. As OST sh.a. Demand is a Band profile, please notice that the offer must be also in Band Profile, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.
- OST sh.a. Reserves the right to decline any bid or to cancel the tender on its sole discretion.
