REZULTATET E TENDERIT 20-26 Prill 2020

Siç jeni në dijeni, sot në datë 17.04.2020 janë zhvilluar procedurat e blerjes së energjisë për mbulimin e Humbjeve në rrjetin e Transmetimit për datat 20-26 Prill 2020 profili Orar rezultatet e të cilës I gjeni bashkalidhur dhe procedura për periudhën 01 Korrik -31 Dhjetor 2020, profil Band e cila nuk është e vlefshme si pasojë e mosplotësimit të sasisë së kërkuar nga ana e OST sh.a dhe vlefshmerise se ofertave bazuar në nenit 12 Kriteret për vlerësimin e ofertave, të Vendimit nr. 103, datë 23.06.2016: “Platforma e IT online per prokurimin/blerjen e energjise elektrike per mbulimin e humbjeve apo energjinë që ka vendosur Detyrimi i Shërbimit Publik (PSO) për blerësin duhet të vlerësojë ofertat e ardhura në mënyrë automatike me kohën e hapjes/mbylljes bazuar vetëm në cmimin për MWh. Platforma e IT duhet të zgjedhë të gjitha ofertat për të minimizuar kostot për cdo proces prokurimi duke bërë fitues ato oferta të cilat grumbullohen sipas rezultatit më të ulët të përgjithshëm për procesin. Në rastin kur ofertat kanë të njëjtën sasi dhe cmim duhet të aplikohet parimi i pari që vjen i pari shërbehet (first-come-first serve)”

Please find attached Today’s tender procedure for the period of 20-26 April 2020.
The procurement procedure for 01 July – 31 December 2020 is not valid as a result of failure to complete the full demand requested from OST sh.a., from valid offers, in accordance with Article 12 Bid evaluation criteria, of ERE Decision no. 103, date 23.06.2016: “The online IT platform for procurement / purchase of electricity to cover losses or energy set by the Public Service Liability (PSO) for the buyer must evaluate the offers received automatically with the opening / closing time based only on the price for MWh. The IT platform should select all bids to minimize costs for each procurement process by making successful those bids which are collected according to the lowest overall score for the process. In case the offers have the same amount and price, the first principle that comes first should be applied (first-come-first serve)”
