Regarding the implementation of the Albanian Balancing Mechanism Market Rules, OST is in the process of upgrade of the Market Management platform.
Under these conditions, OST appreciates the necessary to organize a meeting for a preliminary presentation as far as the Scheduling module is concerned, which is the first module with which it is being worked.
As a result, training with all parties registered as responsible balancing parties is planned, where this phase will be followed by a Dry Run phase that is thought to begin on 1 December 2022.
